What documents do I need to present upon arrival at the hotel?
Official ID document (Passport, ID card).
How do I know that my hotel booking has been successfully confirmed?
A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your booking has been processed.
Can I cancel or change my hotel booking? Which fees are applicable when I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations or changes to your booking can be made free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
When do I have to pay for my hotel booking?
In the case of non-refundable rates, payment must be made at the time of booking. For all other rates, payment must be made at the time of check-out.
What do I do if I don't receive an email confirming my hotel booking?
Please send an email to email@example.com asking if your booking was successful.
What are the hotel check-in and check-out time?
Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12pm.
Are children allowed in the hotel?
No, we are strictly Adults Only. Access to our hotel is limited to a minimum age of 16 years old.
Do I need to inform the hotel about my planned arrival time?
Please do, so that our staff can prepare your check-in at the hotel.
How can I book additional services, equipment and accessories for the room I want to book?
