You will get confirmation as soon as your reservation has been processed.

 

Can I cancel or modify a hotel booking? What are the costs of cancelling or changing a booking?

You may cancel or modify your reservation for free up to 14 days before your arrival.

 

When do I pay for the hotel booking?

For non-reimbursable rates, payment must be made in advance at the time of booking. For all other rates, clients pay upon check-out.

 

What do I do if I don’t receive email confirmation of my hotel booking?

What is the check-in and check-out time at the hotel?

You may check in after 2 p.m. and must check out by 12 p.m.

 

What is the minimum age for children in the hotel?

The minimum age is 3 years in 2018 and will be 6 years in 2019.

 

Do I have to add children or babies to a booking?

Yes, always. We must know the total room occupation to adjust it for all occupants.

 

Do I have to notify the hotel if I plan to arrive later than the check-in time?

Please do, so our personnel can prepare for your arrival.
